We use your data to process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, to respond to your enquiries and provide customer support, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations (French commercial law requires us to keep invoices for 10 years).

Who receives your data
Your data is only shared with the service providers strictly necessary to run this store: our payment processor (WooCommerce Payments / Stripe), our hosting provider (OVHcloud), where applicable the carrier delivering your order, and, if you opt in to receive marketing emails — via our newsletter sign-up or the checkout opt-in — Klaviyo (our email marketing provider). Where you have consented to analytics cookies, we also share data with Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data is kept for 10 years to comply with French accounting law. Other data, such as abandoned cart information, is deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity.
