Refund and Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal for products purchased on this Website, without having to justify your reasons.

Exception for hygiene reasons
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Our swim caps fall under this exception: as products worn directly on the hair and scalp, they are sold with a hygiene seal. Once this seal has been removed or broken, the product can no longer be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If your product’s hygiene seal is intact, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@waterheadsport.com. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact.

Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at contact@waterheadsport.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Where a return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
